Calendar of Events
Tea and Etiquette – January 2026
In honor of National Tea Month, members and guests gathered at the Westgate Hotel for a classic afternoon tea service with champagne, complemented by an engaging etiquette presentation led by renowned protocol expert Maryanne Parker. Her guidance through the history and customs of traditional afternoon tea reflected the Chaîne’s commitment to cultural stewardship, education, and the hospitality arts.
Musical artistry enriched the afternoon, beginning with a formal mini-concert by Charlotte Ngo of the Mainly Mozart Youth Orchestra, followed by Chiara Capobianco, whose harp melodies provided a graceful accompaniment during tea service. Together, music, cuisine, education, and fellowship captured the enduring spirit of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Induction Gala – December 2025
Our Our 2025 Induction Gala was a distinguished evening celebrating excellence, fellowship, and the enduring traditions of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Members and guests of the San Diego and La Jolla Bailliages gathered at the private University Club, perched atop Symphony Tower, to welcome new inductees, honor our shared commitment to culinary artistry and hospitality, and enjoy an exceptional dining experience created especially for the occasion.
Rich in ceremony, refined cuisine, and warm camaraderie, the evening beautifully reflected the Chaîne spirit—where tradition, community, and a passion for gastronomy come together at the table.
